This is meant to install on the exterior of your enclosed trailer, or really anywhere that you want to have a flush-mounted light. The nice thing about this is that it runs off of DC power, so that means that we can power this with an array of batteries or just our house battery, and be able to power that up anywhere we are on the road. It makes it a lot easier and more doable to power this light off of those batteries, rather than having to worry about shore power or anything like that.So I have this illuminated, as you can see. Very nice, bright light. Even turning the lights out in the studio, it's still going to provide a nice wide swath of bright light for us. more

This is going to be an external flush-mounted light to give you a really nice bright area illuminated around your enclosed trailer, or really anywhere that you want to have this mounted. You can adjust the angle a little bit. As you can see, I already have this hooked up, so you can tell how bright the light is. Even turning out my studio lights, it's still illuminating pretty well the whole studio. It's kind of a focused beam, so it does spread out around the walls, it's a little bit hard for you to tell, but a lot of that light is going to be kept kind of in one area.So it'll be a great work light if you want to have some illumination on the outside of your enclosed trailer, maybe to do some work on a vehicle, or just have some light to illuminate the area around you, so you can hook up or whatever the case might be. more

Opti-Brite LED Work Light Installation - 2013 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty- Video
Rob: Hey everybody, Rob here at etrailer.com, and today we're going to be taking a look at the Optronics Opti-Brite LED Work Lights on our 2013 Ford F-250. Now, having a set of work lights on your truck can come in handy in a lot of different situations, maybe we need to get to the job site and it's at night and we don't really want to carry a generator around to have some work lights that plug into 110. Well, these work lights mounted under your truck are going to work with 12 or 24 volt systems and make it a lot easier so you can get light almost in any direction. We chose to amount ours here at the back of the bumper so we could have light coming at the back.The truck already has some work lights on the front, that way we can have light all the way around our truck, so whether we need to back up to a trailer, unhook the trailer, unloaded it or anything in the back of the truck, we'll have light. But then again on the front, if we need to have light up there, we have light there as well.Even in a fully lit room like we're in right now that has a lot of light in it, you can see how much light that light is putting on the door there. So, you can only imagine how bright it is when there's not a lot of ambient light and the lights are turned off. more

Ellen: Hey everyone, I'm Ellen here at etrailer.com, and today we're gonna be taking a look at the Tow Rax recessed LED Light. This will make a great addition to your enclosed trailer, whether you're using that for a race trailer, or maybe a work truck, something like that where you need that extra illumination on the outside of your enclosed trailer, so you can do work at night or when it starts to get dark, you can keep working and illuminate a nice wide area.This is going to be in an aluminum housing, so we don't have to worry about this rusting or corroding. It does come with a trim ring to go on the inside of your enclosed trailer, and then our light inside the housing can be adjusted up and down. So we can tilt that as we want it, and we can also swivel it from side to side. So you can really get this dialed in where you need it to be pointed.This has an IP rating of IP 65, so that means it's impervious to dust, and it can withstand water coming at it. That IP 65 rating with that five as the last number basically means that it's been tested with water jets. more

Helps to concentrate that light into a nice bright round pattern, great for seeing at longer distances. So this will work out really well for instances where you're going to have this on off-road vehicle and need to light up a very great distance in front of you.The other nice thing about this light is that it's an LED design, so you don't have to worry about maintenance with this light, there's no bulbs to change out, no filaments that can break on you and the housing is going to be a very durable, aluminum die cast and the lens is going to be a polycarbonate, so it's going to be impact resistant. It's IP67 rated, which pretty much means that it's going to be impervious to dust and debris as well as water. So even if we have this outside, should not have any issues with any water or dust damage.It's going to be compatible with 12-volt and 24-volt DC systems. more

Today we're going to take a quick look at the Peterson Great White LED Work Light. This is going to be a flood beam design and the nice thing about this light is that it's going to be a very durable, rugged housing.It's going to be made of a nice, die-cast aluminum with a matte black, powder coat finish and our polycarbonate lens is going to be impact resistant. Overall, the whole this is IP-68 rated, which pretty much means that it's impervious to dust and water so very durable, long-lasting light.Also, since our light is going to be an LED, we don't have to worry about changing out any bulbs, no filaments that can break with this so there's pretty much no maintenance required with this light.As far as our light output, it's going to give us 1,350 lumens, so, very bright. Flip on our switch here, and you can see it's going to be pretty blinding. Turn out the lights in the studio to give you a better idea of what that's going to be like in low-light situations. Flip this over and bring that light out, about as far as my hand, or, as far as my arm span and still very bright light. more

This is going to be a spot beam design to have a more focused light, so it's going to work out well on off road equipment, maybe on the outside of your tool shed or something like that. It has a nice durable, water resistant construction with a matte black powder coat finish. The housing itself is made of a die cast aluminum, so it's going to be very durable and also rustproof. On the front, our lens is going to be made of a tough polycarbonate lens, so that's going to be impact resistant, and it is IP 68 rated, which pretty much means that it's going to be impervious to water or dust, even if it's submerged.So a lot of uses for this. It'll be more than ready to face any outdoor situation that you put it through. more

So we're going to take a look at the Peterson Great White LED work light and this is going to be a great light to illuminate a wide area. It's going to have a mounting bracket that comes with it, so it just mounts to a flat surface and then you could adjust it to the angle that you need. It provides you a nice bright flood light with those four LEDs. The nice thing about this being an led light is that we don't have to worry about any kind of maintenance with this. No bulbs to change out since there's no filaments to break.It's going to have 900 lumens of light, so I'll turn that on and as you can see, pretty blinding. On the backside it does have a foam mounting gasket already installed on the back of the light.It's a hard-wired design so we have the two-way female plug directly on here. So the diameter of that housing is five inches, the diameter of the lens is about four and a quarter. This is a LED clear flood light, that has a built in on and off switch located right here in the back, as well as six bright LEDs. Now, the clear lens allows plenty of light to come through. This is an LED system so I do wanna go ahead and turn off the lights and turn the unit on so you can see what it looks like with power running to it. more
